We are attending The Soul Experience Event on Saturday 26th September at Farnborough Village Hotel, where we will be offering 30-minute Hammock Harmonies taster sessions throughout the day. This gentle introduction gives you the chance to rest in a supportive hammock while soothing sounds help your body slow down and your mind settle. There’s no pressure, no expectations and nothing to “believe in”. Simply lie back, allow yourself to be held, and enjoy a moment of deep rest.
