A gentle, nurturing space for mothers and their babies to rest, bond and feel supported. Settle into a hammock while your baby relaxes with you, surrounded by soothing sounds, soft sensory elements and a calm, unhurried atmosphere. Little ones are wonderfully unpredictable so please don’t worry about movement, feeding or restlessness, everything is welcome here. These sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, encourage connection and offer a moment of deep rest during early motherhood.
