This one hour introductory session offers a taste of the Hammock Harmonies experience, allowing you to feel what it’s like to truly slow down, settle your body and rest your mind without committing to a full two hour session. There’s no pressure, no expectations and nothing to “believe in”. Simply arrive, lie back in a hammock and allow yourself the space to rest.
