This one hour introductory session offers a taste of the Hammock Harmonies experience, allowing you to feel what it’s like to truly slow down, settle your body and rest your mind without committing to a full two hour session. There’s no pressure, no expectations and nothing to “believe in”. Simply arrive, lie back in a hammock and allow yourself the space to rest. Many people come in unsure and leave surprised by how deeply calming and grounding the experience feels. If you’ve ever thought “I didn’t expect this”, this session is for you.
